1. IDENTITY & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
This website and the trade name "Vitalore" are operated by Green Life 08 Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. These Terms apply to all interactions and transactions conducted through this website and any associated online storefront operated by the Company.

2. PRODUCT TRANSPARENCY & GPSR COMPLIANCE (REGULATION 2023/988)
In accordance with Article 19 of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR):

Pre-Purchase Information: Comprehensive product safety information, including mandatory warnings, ingredient lists, and usage instructions, is made available directly on the relevant product page before purchase.

Traceability: Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person (RP) details are provided on the product page or otherwise made available to the consumer before purchase, in accordance with legal requirements.

Standards: We ensure proper storage, handling, and supply of products in accordance with applicable EU safety requirements.

3. WELLNESS, SAFETY & CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY

Supplements: Products support well-being but are not medicinal and do not replace a balanced diet. Always consult a healthcare professional where appropriate.

Consumer Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and safety instructions provided before using any product.

Product Information: Descriptions and ingredient lists are provided based on data from the manufacturer. The manufacturer remains responsible for product formulation and regulatory compliance.

Individual Response: Products are used at the customer’s discretion. We are not responsible for adverse reactions where the product has been used according to its labeling and properly disclosed ingredients.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. GLOBAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (EU, US, UK, GLOBAL)

European Union: Intra-community delivery; VAT included; no customs formalities apply.

United States: Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us prior to dispatch.

United Kingdom (GB): Due to tax and operational considerations, we apply a minimum order value of £136 for Great Britain. Orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms.

Rest of World: Orders are shipped under DAP terms. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by local authorities.

Customs & Delays: We are not responsible for delays or procedures carried out by customs authorities or other external factors beyond our control.

5. CONTRACT FORMATION & PRICING INTEGRITY

Order Acknowledgment:
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Contract Formation:
A legally binding contract is formed only when we explicitly accept your order. Acceptance may occur through a separate confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.

Right to Refuse or Cancel:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

Pricing Errors:
In the event of an obvious and manifest pricing error (including system or typographical errors), we reserve the right to cancel the order even after payment has been made. In such cases, a full refund will be issued without undue delay.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU)

Statutory Right: EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Vitalore extends this period to 30 days for all customers, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Procedure: To exercise this right, inform us via an unequivocal statement at info@vitalor.eu. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Processing: Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Hygiene Exception (Art. 16(e)): The right of withdrawal is void for food supplements and cosmetics once the protective seal has been broken or the product has been opened after delivery due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

7. SCOPE OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This limitation does not apply to cases involving death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence. Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected.

8. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes apply only to orders placed after the date of revision.

9. PRODUCT SAFETY & RECALLS
In the event of a manufacturer-issued safety recall, we will notify affected customers and manage the return, replacement, or refund process as a priority.

10. INTEGRATED POLICIES & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms legally incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Customs Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these policies.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
